I don't believe that. What we remember is just a story. We didn't actually make those decisions, we were made to believe we did. And they were close enough to what we might've actually done in those situations to make it all the more convincing. [He sounds angry at himself, more than anything. It was such a seductive, poisonous offer. The most powerful temptation there was. More that money, power, wealth, women - happiness. So powerful he hadn't once stopped to examine what was going on. He should've known better.]
