[Castiel is a quick learner, and therefore has managed to figure out his PORTAL to the point where it's not sending the ceiling or anything when he turns it on. That said, he has not quite mastered the TENEKA, or at least anything but the mental speech portion; he doesn't seem to realize it's broadcasting his usually closely guarded emotions.

According to everyone else, some royal pains in the asses who think this is where we've always belonged. I've only been here a little while myself, so I don't know the ins and outs well. There're some files lying around if someone hasn't already sent them to you.
