At this rate, probably not. I asked Rin, it's the first time this has ever happened in a game she's played, so she couldn't tell me what's likely to happen now.

I don't see why you would want one. They're rather a nuisance.
It's hardly a beneficial situation. If the wolves are clever, they can stack the votes at last minute and make sure two sheep go to vote.
