They are not hard at all (the job descriptions are pretty much what will be on the test) and the testing people are super nice. Go here to look at jobs and to get the application. Run up to OKC (the building is very easy to find) with your applications and sit around all day taking tests (each test runs about an hour and a half), then wait for somebody to mail you about a job opening. It's how I got my job!
Tip: Fill out one application on your computer EXCEPT the date, any places to sign, and job title/family blank. Now you can print off as many applications as you want, and they'll be counted as original. Fill those blanks in with BLUE ink, not black, and you're good to go.
You can also attach a resume to the back of a completed application.
