Help, I'm at a loss for word!

Jul 28, 2010 17:13

I am writing a letter to Johnny Weir at this very moment so a kind fellow fan can deliver it to him at his show in Lake Placid this Saturday and I do not know what to say that will not come across as fawning, disgustingly syrupy and cloying and insipid.

What do I say, what do I say?

Help?

deadline, johnny weir, speechless in lake placid

Seduce him! He's heard plenty of gushing about how wunnerful he is already so don't talk about him, talk about yourself. Tell him a story! A story about who you are and what your life is like (make it as exotic as possible, because it IS) and a few of your troubles (again, that aren't the norm for a boy from Canada or wherever he's from) and say that his enthusiasm and craftsmanship delights and comforts you.

He'll be intrigued as I doubt he gets much fan mail from places where figure skating isn't exactly popular.

I've put part of the exoticism that is my life in the letter. But you're right, seduction, not swoonage is the way to go!

I did that. I think he would've heard better, prettier versions, but I just have to have my say on the matter. :)

Just follow singeaddams advice and tell him about your world, luv. He should be used to silly, glassy-eyed fangirls by now, so suprise him with something witty and beautiful instead.

I'll have you know my letter has mentions of vacuum, nipple-tassels, and full moon. Not sure it's witty, but it's very honest. :)

I can say something very cheesy right now, but I better off not LOL

Tell him some fabulous stuffs, of course 8D! Or maybe get him interested in our country? Westerners seem to dig Asian culture lots /ponders

Oh, come on. Don't hold back. Cheese is okay! I think my letter is packed with cheese. :)

Excellent suggestion tho! Have put it in effect.

I made mentions of wayang orang, would you believe it? With pics! My betas said they're okay tho. The pics stay.
