I've been to the bookstore twice the past week and I feel terrible leaving without a new book in my hand. I have been out of it when it comes to books lately, and I really want to read before my free time is up! So, help? :D

I rec'd 3 songs to ya and sent the links to your Gmail account. I'm always up to spreading the love when it comes to my non-stop playback songs. :D Hope you like them - it's not that I don't like any guy musicians, but ... well, 3 recs!

REC'D:
  • Breathe (2 AM) - Anna Nalick

  • Just Like Heaven - Katie Melua

  • Ten Days - Missy Higgins

  • Did you already get Alex Parks' version of "Mad World"? I absolutely adore Gary Jules' version (and I have listened, horrified, to Tears For Fears' original version). XD Er, and are there any songs by Eva Cassidy that you would really recommend? (Other than "Fields of Gold" and "Time After Time") And ... and ... uh. Well, I give you free rein to choose the 3rd rec - anything that you really like, since our tastes in music aren't so far apart. :) Thank ye!

    Danny Boy
    Time Is A Healer

And since I don't have Alex Parks' version of Mad World, I just uploaded another Eva Cassidy, hope you don't mind. :D

    Autumn Leaves

They're saved in a webspace a friend provided for me, so just tell me when you got them so I can take them off! :)

Well I don't know if you've ever read The Dalemark Quartet by Diana Wynne Jones, but I can tell you this: if you haven't, you must.

I'd say they're very similar to Narnia. It's set around that same time period, during their time in Narnia, I mean. But the fourth book, that's my favorite, by far.

They're very very very good books. When saying my favorite books, it goes: Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, The Dalemark Quartet, and A Series of Unfortunate Events :)

Ooh, interesting. Thanks for the rec! I'll definitely have to look at that (along with the books rec'ed) but I wonder if they'll be found in our bookstores. =\
