It is a relief to find myself alive as well, although...it will take some time for the sensation of displacement to fade.

Well, survival implies surviving, for one.

Healing is....a fairly significant part of being pulled from death and critical condition. I'm sure the gods can't be bothered to draw someone from the dead over and over for simply bringing them back to the brink.

...Unless they deserve some sort of lesson in the matter, I suppose.

I can tell which parts of my skin have grown in new too fast. It's...something like scarring, on my throat, down my front...It's certainly strange. Had we the equipment, I would investigate the 'hows' of the process closer.

Really? Are you always going to have those scars, then? That's...different. If you use a Cure spell, will it help in making the scarring go away?
