Today the boss asked if I'd like to be a W2 also, in lieu of a raise. I told him not if it meant sacrificing schedule flexibility. He said as long as I report my hours honestly it doesn't matter to him if I continue on as-is. So I accepted ( Read more... )

hey, a great deal of my job is just to be available in case something comes up. So yeah, being here screwing around doing nothing is still being here and I get to count it. That's a lot of why I stay...

Work does suck. I came to the library today to find some time to play online without my boss OCDing in a flurry behind me. Yay library!
