Apparently, one way to tell if someone likes you is to take note of the size of their pupils. They will normally be bigger when looking at you if they do, and smaller if they don’t. And it has nothing to do with the amount of light in the room or anything. It’s a bit hard to tell with Asian people, since our eyes are all so dark XD, but it’s ( Read more... )

my theory is that dilated pupils generally mean the muscle in the eyes are relaxed, so when people are around the things they like, the muscles in our eyes relax, straining only when we need to focus specifically on something. i assume this traverses over to drugs too as people that get high on drugs generally have dilated pupils that also come from the happy high feeling.
