That's because it IS canon. The dialogue is taken from CA #33, with a few edits thrown in here and there to make it fit (Brubaker is not nice when it comes to dialogue).

YAY for Bucky/Tony. I really liked your use of the original dialogue here - the bits written from Bucky's POV were my favourites.
I'm looking forward to the next chapter :)
