I'm glad the story traveled beyond the UK. From the comments I read, it seems a lot of people really needed to read about humans being decent to each other right now, and this gave many people hope. That man will never know just how far the goodness of his actions traveled. Thank heaven for people who do the right thing. They seem damned rare nowadays. :-/
