Greyhounds are nesters and gatherers. My parents' greyhound didn't get a chance to me a mommy (that I know of), but she loved little furry things and would gather them up in her crate. If you were missing a fuzzy slipper or teddy bear, you'd find it in there - sometimes hidden under her blankies...

I loved the story, except for this one line: 'It is quite amazing, particularly as she is a greyhound breed and they are usually quite aggressive, That is why they are used for racing. Wha? I've never met an aggressive greyhound! I thought they were used for racing because they are built for speed!
