I just saw this at OBDiscussion:

After a failed film (S1mOne) and a successful movie (Lord of War), Andrew Niccol returns to directing with The Cross, in which he has cast Orlando Bloom. Science fiction remains the most notable film genre exploited by Niccol (S1mOne, Lord of War) since he directed "Gattaca", a little masterpiece of the genre.

I know, me too, and it seems like he's doing more "risky" films this time, so that's good. He's following his heart. :)

I really liked Lord of War, so i hope that one's real! I'm not terribly jazzed for The Red Circle, but I'll see it, and that third one sounds good! The other thing Orlando produced was Haven, and that was a great movie. Hope that's a good sign!

Where did you see these? There have been so many rumored things that never really happened, but if these are all real, that's cool. *wink*

Orlando isn't producing any of these, though, just acting in them.

There's a link at the top of the post to OBDiscussion. It came from a French translated article. And today I think there was a post in Orlando_News or whatever that has an English report similar to this but not just a translation, a new article.

I hope so. People are so damn critical of him, probably because he's a nice guy and a huge star, so they like to knock him down to make themselves feel better. People can be such jerks. :P
