I've just been friended by another random Russian journal, hugjynm. I banned them. LJ support suggests banning unless we find they're creating new user accounts to get added again. :P SUCH unhelpful advice when we were targeted before, making dozens of people ban a user individually instead of just suspending a problematic journal.
