Well, it's begun. The first snow has started falling outside. All I can think when I look at it is:

I hate winter. It makes me so sad.

It's windy and gusty and cold and blechy. The ground's not frozen yet so the snow won't stick but it's been falling off and on and the day looks dreary. All the pretty leaves have fallen off the tree I took pictures of in my Day in my Life post just a couple days ago. *snap* Just like that. :( Glad I laid there and stared at them while I had the chance. *sigh*

It's not the snow I mind, it's what it represents. If winters weren't so long up north here I wouldn't have an issue with it, but it's already getting dark at 5 and it'll get dark earlier and earlier now with the daylight savings change, the sun will be scarce until May. ::wibbles::

I'm not ready for winter!! I'm not emotionally prepared yet, and I saw the snow today and nearly freaked out. That quote is perfect, in a depressing way.

Yeah, I think just about everyone far enough north to get any has had it now. Well, I'll have to ask Dsign and Clocktor but they're way NE. Jackie said she got it 2 weeks ago, poor thing.
