It's not the c that has me so torn up. :( I made the choice because I was afraid of pre-e since it was pretty clear I was on the road to it. I hadn't dilated, been having contrax forever, my water had been broken over a day, and I'd wound up w/ 3 cervical checks at that point. My other option was to go home, which I would have done if I hadn't been having those scary vision problems. :( It was the best choice I could have made at the time and there were no dead baby threats from the hospital staff.
Trev didn't even get to cut the cord. They kept my baby away from me for hours, again. I didn't get to see him all naked straight from my womb. I didn't even get told when they started the c. Those are my problems with the birth. Everything else is w/ the hospital afterwards. :(
I've been thinking about you lately and I miss you. I know that's weird since I don't know you irl, but I've been wondering how you've been doing and how that beautiful boy is.

Lukas is doing great. He can take three steps, has 8 teeth, and is a big boy! He's starting to get really interested in solids, and he'll be a year old in just eight weeks.
Trevor and I have been having dramarama but things are slowly getting better and he's actually trying now, as opposed to wanting a divorce a few months ago. I'm going back to work part time in a couple of weeks and we're going to get our own place again in a few months.

The boys are doing great. They're getting so big. Gavin's gonna be 3 in just over a week. It blows my mind! I'm doing good. We live in Tennessee now and I've grown up so much in the past 8 months we've lived here.
