This is a mix I threw together containing what is called folk or Viking metal.
If you like heavier music but aren't familiar with the genre, this is also a good introduction. All of these bands are very different but with a central theme - Viking lore. I hope you enjoy and if you need more information on the songs or band or would like any of the bands below's CD, let me know! I will gladly upload full CDs. The bands are a mix of Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and Faroese but most songs are in English. Thanks!
