commencing two days of absolute sleeplessness. I recall the days of in the studio for 18 hours, sleep for 5, run to venue, tech for another 12, run home, sleep, four days running.
I picked up my coffee addiction in my live sound/studio class. See! Wasn't always a slave to the bean!.
Drink lots o water, and repeat as nessesary " I will get through this, it's only 16 more hours."
