It's been 3 months, so why not? :)

If I've forgotten you, or you'd like me to expand, just reply here & I'll get back to you. :)

There will be spelling/grammar mistakes because I am lazy and because this damned thing is nearly 5000 words long and there was no way in hell I was doing anything more extensive than a spellcheck. XD

Wednesday Addams
Evil freak as Wednesday, general freak as Death. Oh, and there's the whole terrified of her thing, too. :)

Basically, she thinks she's a deranged and creepy little girl who should be avoided at all costs.

Alice
Have only interacted once, maybe twice, but the impression is strongly negative.

Marco
Other than believing he's a little weird, she's pretty indifferent.

Tobias
Jerk. They need to interact more to establish the actual level of jerkness.

Anne Shirley
Fllay adores Anne - she's quite different from the people she's used to associating with and, in certain regards, it's refreshing. She does wish she were a little lighter but enjoys her company nonetheless.

Takino Tomo
Ahahaha. Tomo gets on Fllay's nerves like woah; her feelings towards here aren't a matter of hatred as much as supreme annoyance. Oh, and her kitty can go play with the tentacle monster, for all she cares.

Ayasegawa Yumichika
No real feelings either way though, if she had to be leaning in a direction, it would be positive rather than negative. She does appreciate the pretty, after all.

Honshou Chizuru
After hearing about the whole Cher/car incident, Fllay's a little wary of Chizuru but still thinks of her as a friend and thinks they should speak more often, probably because Chizuru's good for her ego. XD

Ishida Uryuu
Well, before he was just a jerk who threatened her. Now he's a freak too, and a dangerous one no less! Total avoidance whenever possible.

Kusajishi Yachiru
Cute kid. A little energetic and unrefined though. Fllay hasn't decided if she wants to fix that or not.

Yamada Hanatarou
On one hand, Fllay thinks he's sweet, but a little too timid for his own good. On the other, she's somewhat suspicious of him and might try and figure him out.

She's a little disturbed by the whole Soul Society thing and quite put off by him approaching her about death and the afterlife. She didn't say much to him at the time because of her still-strong suspicion but might try and get more out of him in the future.

Buffy Summers
Fllay's like for Buffy's dwindling a little; especially after their last conversation. She still respects her but wouldn't mind keeping their interactions at a minimum.

Alex
Still sweet, still crazy. She's a little nervous about him, considering how often he gets hit by camp stuff but she likes him nonetheless.

Cher Horowitz
Fllay really likes Cher and considers her to be one of her closest camp friends and one of very, very few people who she trusts implicitly.

She respects Cher's strength and ability/willingness to get along with just about everybody but also worries that she's going to make friends with the wrong people or that, perhaps, she'll be turned against Fllay, especially since Cher has made friends with a couple people who Fllay doesn't get along with in the least.

Either way, she relates to Cher more so than anyone else at camp, really, and enjoys spending time with her.

Bart Allen/Impulse
Fllay thinks he's quite nice, if not a little talkative, and she appreciates how innocent he seems.

Kon-El/Superboy
Well, he was funny and very nice ... until he went and made a picnic island. Now Fllay understands that everything he said about the flying and the superpowers is true, so she's going to keep try and keep her distance, until she gets more information. She doesn't distrust him, really, because she has enough reason to accept that he's not some evil super being vying for world domination.

George
Ahahaha. Fllay doesn't like George at all. She's one of those nervy types and her tendency towards sarcasm only adds on to Fllay's budding dislike. She still thinks she's irresponsible, too. Damned well.

Mello
Still no impression, positive or negative.

Near
Strong dislike. Fllay can't stand that he not only thinks he can read her, but he's actually pretty dead-on in his analyses. A part of her wants to prove him wrong, which is the only reason she still interacts with him.

Raenef
DEMON! Weird one, too. She's wouldn't be sure if she should buy into his act or not if it weren't for his insistence that he learn how to be some sort of demon king; instead, she's pretty certain he's someone to keep her distance from.

He's breaking her though; their last interaction confused Fllay and, at the end, Raenef's insistence that he's not a bad person and the way he responded to her has given her cause to rethink her position.

Lady
Limited interaction, but negative impression.

Da Qiao
Not quite positive, not quite negative, but leaning towards negative.

Gan Ning
She doesn't really have a strong impression of him yet, but she thinks he's nice.

Huang Yue Ying
Ha. Fllay hates Ying on so many different levels that anything she does can, and likely will, piss Fllay off.

It's not even just the zombie issue anymore; (which Fllay will never believe has been resolved barring something miraculous) Fllay thinks of her as nothing more than a grown-up bully who has not only chosen to pick on Fllay, but to interfere whenever possible as well.

Basically, she thinks Ying has a whole lot of nerve and very, very few redeeming qualities (if any).

Lu Xun
Fllay adores Boyan, and thinks he tends to be too hard on himself. She has fun teasing him and is not-so-subtly trying to get him to stop being so stiff. She's stopped caring about whether or not he thinks she's immature a while back, though she's still prone to bouts of RAWRing.

Like Cher, he's one of the few non-canon campers who she actually trusts.

Sun Ce
Crazy. He wanted to raise a flippin' tiger!

Xiao Qiao
Fllay likes Xiao. And! She thinks it's funny that she sleepsings.

Megan
Megan's another of those blunt, "irresponsible" types who inevitably find themselves on Fllay's bad side. Fllay doesn't get along with her, and doesn't anticipate that changing any time soon.

Excel
Ohgodhate. The fact that they seem to be opposed on every single issue ever really adds onto the whole rival thing they've got going on. Her connection to Il Palazzo and rabid devotion to him certainly don't help matters and, after the whole upside down penis incident, Fllay now thinks that Excel's a little uptight and crazy. Really, really crazy.

Key
Hmm. She appreciates that he was willing to kill carnations for her, and that he has a love for the pretty things, but was less enthused over how easily he was shifted against her carnation genocide plot.

The singing thing really got on her nerves, because he did it immediately after she requested that he refrain. Then he praised ACROSS, expressed pity for her because she despised the organisation, and brought up the whole carnation incident. Welcome to Fllay's bad side, Key! Population: you. You and 3/4 of the camp.

Kaylee Frye
Fllay liked the old Kaylee. She talked girly and gave her birds. New Kaylee is confusing and Fllay isn't sure how to act around her.

River Tam
Still a little off. Still annoyed because of her intervention.

Simon Tam
Cocky jerk who not only put his nose in Fllay's business, but believed it to be his as well.

Sohma Kisa
Fllay doesn't really care for Kisa very much, but it's not really hatred. She doesn't trust her a whole lot, however, and is still determined to keep her distance.

Alphonse Elric
He's a sweet kid, but Fllay isn't sure what to make of him, considering that he's an alchemist. This is especially true after the whole fire situation. She'll be cordial, but she won't seek him out.

Edward Elric
Bad alchemist. She didn't really like him at first, what with the whole "don't pick on Tomo" thing, and she really doesn't like him now, after witnessing what he (or, at least, his body) is capable of.

Fletcher Tringham
He's sweet enough, and she appreciates that he was honest about his alchemy but, in the same regard, she doesn't know how strong he is and that makes her nervous. Considering how timid he seems to be, however, she's not overly nervous and will still be nice to him.

She'd be a lot nicer, however, if he weren't such a boy.

Russel Tringham
Hey, more hatred! Woot? Fllay sees Russel as one of the biggest jerks she has ever met, like, ever. She looks down on him because he's a fake, because he's a creep, and because he's chosen to stand up for Meer.

Nishi Jouichirou
Evil bastard. One to keep away from but, considering she's armed again, one she shouldn't back down from. Basically, she still thinks of him as a coward.

She wuvs the kitty though.

Athrun Zala
No opinion either way, really.

Cagalli Yula Athha
She's less opposed to Cagalli than she was before, but she still refuses to get along with her. Out of principle, really, because 'princess' trumps politician's daughter (and she's mean).

Dearka Elthman
Fllay doesn't like Dearka. His arrogance and sarcasm put her off, and it doesn't help matters that he's close to Yzak. And, since there's that whole attempted murder thing, she's very, very uncomfortable around him and certainly won't seek him out.

Heine Westenfluss
Fllay's put off by Heine and ... that's all there really is to it. XD

Kira Yamato
Kira is Kira, and Fllay cares about him for obvious reasons. There's still a lot of discomfort and confusion there, but dead girls and a few years will do that to people.

She's stopped trying to distance herself from him when it became obvious that such a thing would be impossible. While it was initially hard for her to keep from leaning on him because she was back to feeling helpless, she's now getting a stronger grasp on the situation and is now genuinely trying to make him worry less.

She still thinks he's too nice, too accepting, too involved but is starting to realise it's who he is.

Lunamaria Hawke
Fllay kinda tried to meet Luna with an open mind, because she's Cher's friend. She wasn't initially loud and obnoxious, at least; that came after Luna asked her what her problem was in one of those Tones That Shouldn't Be Used With Fllay.

Meer Campbell
I'm using the word "hate" a lot through this, aren't I? Fllay's hatred of Meer is the "omg, why must you be so consistently annoying" variety and, at this point, she doesn't really care that Meer's a fake Lacus because she sees beyond that and into the, in her opinion, grating personality at her core. D'aww.

Rey za Burrel
Ahahaha. No, really. Ha.

So, about things that come entirely out of left field ... umm.

Fllay never held any decidedly negative feelings towards Rey; she didn't really care for him, mind, and he made her very uncomfortable, but she did appreciate that he tried to explain matters, even if, as she suspects, he wasn't doing it for her benefit.

For a while now, I've been wanting to bring out the side of Fllay that is less .. natural when it comes to her relationships. The events leading up to her hiatus made this all the more feasible and, while I didn't really intend for it to happen so quickly, or for one of the people to be Rey, there was an opening it was taken.

So! What started out as an attempt to get him on her side ended up as something a little different. She feels bad for Rey and, instead of the indifference she had intended to retain by the conversation's end, she would ultimately emerge with genuine concern.

She's always going to be awkward around him, at least inwardly, because she has a lot to overcome when it comes to Raww. Trust is too strong a word to use here; it's an absence of suspicion more so than anything else.

Shinn Asuka
Fllay still doesn't like Shinn, but it's not as RAWR as it had previously been. That he's justified speaking with her through a statement of relative loneliness put her off, but she's lowered her guard enough that took his words as he presented them.

Tolle Koenig
Milk buddies! No, that's pretty much all I've got. :) Except for that Fllay thinks of Tolle as a friend and is glad he's happy.

Yzak Jule
Jerk. Fllay has a very, very strong dislike of Yzak and this will never change. Their shouting matches could probably be eternal, if it weren't for their habit of ending them with smug expressions succeeded by turned backs.

Oscar M. Himejima
Sometimes Fllay really likes Oscar because he's frilly and nice. The rest of the time, he gets on her nerves with his dramatic poise and mannerisms.

Luna Lovegood
Same as before, though she met Luna when she was aged up so she doesn't know she knows her.

Anon
Actually ... Fllay doesn't mind him. She thinks he's weird, but harmless. Clearly, Fllay's a little warped when it comes to the Ueki cast.

BJ
BJ ranks high among the campers who, try as she might, Fllay simply cannot understand. He's generous with compliments and those who bear that trait tend to find themselves indiscriminately in Fllay's good books.

Mori Ai
The loud girl has powers. Way to slide down the list, Mori. Way to slide. Also! Fllay is less than amused by her repeated insistence that Fllay had malicious intentions when she aimed her gun at Ueki et al.

Rinko Jerad
Intrusive girl with bombs. The same sentiment expressed in the meme still applies - or would still apply, if Rinko were still at camp. Woe.

Robert Haydn
Creepy guy with bubbles. She's still very unnerved by the calm, a feeling that is compounded by her limited understanding of his capabilities. While she'd have backed down from him in an instant before, her experiences with Ueki have caused her to assume that all his friends are 'safe', so she's less likely to back down, even if he still makes her pretty damn uncomfortable.

Sano Seiichirou
Fllay doesn't realise he has powers, so he falls into the special category of "Ueki's friend". Out of all the Ueki people who have confronted her, she minds him least of all but by a very slim margin that leaves me wondering if I should have mentioned it at all. Hmm.

Basically, she sees him as calmer, less intrusive, and more straightforward than the others

Ueki Kousuke
Boy with tree became boy who tried too hard. Said boy who tried too hard would, in turn, become creepy bad touch kid after the carnation incident. Said boy who ... yeah, nevermind. After the most recent incident, her opinion has dropped even further. While she doesn't think he'd ever attack her, she continues to be resentful towards him because, in trying to help her see things from his perspective, she sees him as intrusive and bothersome.

Kudou Kazahaya
Fllay didn't get to reacquaint herself with Kaza under the best of terms; she was suspicious of his reasons for speaking to her, since he did so immediately after Oscar told him that he willed his sparkles on her.

Under different circumstances, she'd probably have liked him; he seemed pleasant and polite.

Kaidou Kio
Fllay and Kio haven't interacted in a while, but she still thinks highly of him.

Aisaka Sayo
Sweet little ghost girl.

Evangeline A.K. McDowell
Evil in its purest form. That she was a vampire was intolerable in and of itself; that she has accompanying powers doesn't help matters between the pair.

Hasegawa Chisame
She thinks she's nice enough, but doesn't know much about her.

Haruno Sakura
It's bad enough that she defended Yzak; that alone is enough to land one on Fllay's bad side. But the way she defended him made matters worse because she was ultimately defending his actions while Fllay was a prisoner and that really, really pisses Fllay off. For that alone, she'll hold one hell of a grudge.

Hyuuga Neji
Fllay didn't feel strongly towards Neji in any regard - his connection to Itachi not withstanding - until Ash told her that he's a ninja. Now he's gone from being a blip-by-association to a full-fledged blip of his own.

Rock Lee
Yeah, she still thinks of him as the weird dude with a poor eye for wedding venues.

Uchiha Itachi
So, I brought up an absence of reason in regards to Fllay actually distrusting Itachi in the meme. I'm pleased to say he's since graduated from potential to legitimate threat (with honours!) purely because of the ninja thing.

Uzumaki Naruto
Fllay realises Naruto is a ninja now too, but she's less concerned about him than the others due to the conversations they've had in the past. Less being the Important Word in that sentence.

She was slightly annoyed by his intrusions but, despite her behaviour saying otherwise, she knew he meant well. She'll be a little suspicious of his motives when they speak again, but she will listen.

Yakushi Kabuto
Special case!! He has crazy powers and she doesn't know the extent of them, but she trusts him after the leg and zombie events. She doesn't like him, per se, but leans away from dislike.

Yamanaka Ino
She asks way too many questions, and wasn't nearly sensitive enough. Fllay was growing flowers, after all! The whole calling her crazy thing? Soo solidified her place in Fllay's bad book.

Ari
Nothing's changed. She'll repay him if she can, but she doesn't consider him a friend.

Stanley Hihat Trinidad XIV/"Evil King Stan"
Delusional, creepy jerk with a need to compensate for something. Also, mean. Fllay definitely doesn't like him, but there are plenty of people who she likes even less, so ...

Sunako
She's the gross bleeding chick. 'Nuff said.

Ash Ketchum
It's a definite sign of how much Fllay trusts Ash that she'll drink his milk, despite having been warned against it in the past.

Same opinion she's had in the past still applies: she considers him a friend, and finds him fun to be around.

Inui Sadaharu
Fllay thinks he needs to loosen up and stop being so reliant upon numbers. Outside of this, she likes him well enough, despite the anger rating. It's not his fault his numbers are wrong, after all. :)

Mizuno Ami
Another one of those intrusive types, with an air about her that abstractly gets on Fllay's nerves. That aside, she doesn't have a really strong opinion of her yet, but it's more negative than positive.

Cho Hakkai
Demon. Probably the demon she minds the least, since he was very cooperative and didn't put up a fight when she asked him to leave her alone.

Delirium
So! This is tricky, because I don't know Sandman canon at all. But! Fllay remembers Delirium from her good old days of tehcrazy but, instead of being all friendly like most people were, Fllay took her arrival as a Really Bad Sign and was less than pleased.

With the whole carnation situation, Fllay's reaction wasn't based in fear as much as it was in betrayal; though Delirium had given her said flowers as a gift, Fllay believed the gesture to be something negative. As such, she was angry and uncooperative.

Though Delirium eventually got rid of them, Fllay decided she didn't like her and will try to stay as far away from her as possible.

Asakura Yoh
She thinks he's okay; they haven't interacted enough for her to form more of an opinion.

Eric Cartman
Annoying little brat with some serious entitlement issues - there's no way a chunky kid with poor fashion sense and a common mouth is more deserving than she.

Wesley Crusher
Fllay doesn't like Wesley very much; she finds him to be a know-it-all and thinks he could have been much more grateful for her intervening and advice on the matter of chibi multiplication.

Anakin Skywalker
They've only spoken once, and that was when Fllay had green hair, bus she thinks he's very nice and appreciates that he's broken rules for the sake of hair.

Obi-Wan Kenobi
Yep, she's still not sure what to think of him. He's not someone she'd seek out because she doesn't relate to him, like, at all but she won't avoid him either. Because she doesn't know what a Jedi is.

Kohaku
She doesn't know what to think of Kohaku. She seems nice enough, but Fllay's a little disappointed that she took her words literally. She also thinks it's a little unfortunate that she's not interested in the same things that she is, simply because Fllay's like that.

She secretly likes that Kohaku is servantesque in behaviour because it reminds her of home. D'aww.

Momoko Hanasaki
Momoko's one of Fllay's girly friends and they always seem to get along really well. Fllay usually enjoys her presence and, like with Cher, is happy to be around her. She admires Momoko's refusal to stay down and her determination to remain true to herself through it all. But mostly, she thinks she's fun, energetic, and a good friend.

Tot
Ahahaha. Fllay feels really bad after the whole "of all the names ..." incident and is probably never going to feel comfortable around Tot again. Same general opinions still apply; she likes her and worries because ... yeah.

Toboe
No changes; she finds him odd, but doesn't have much of an opinion beyond that.

Calanthe
Fllay's terrified of Cal and tries really, really hard not to let it show. He's got that calm air about him that she finds wholly disturbing and she doesn't doubt for a moment that he means most of what he says.

Since she'd rather not associate with him on a friendly level because she thinks it'd leave herself open for back stabbing, so she's resorted to her usual "I'm not afraid of you because I'm better than you and am going to prove this through harsh words and voice" even if she's typically pwned.

Arisugawa Sorata
He's a very sweet young monk who can cook and who combined a complement with a lightly protective demeanour. So he's on her good side.

Kurosaki Hisoka
He's very nice and accommodating and she appreciates that he seems polite and proper. She wouldn't mind getting to know him better.

Urameshi Yuusuke
Ahem.

He didn't even need to be a demon for Fllay to dislike him because he's crass and rude and doesn't respectfully tiptoe around her. Bastard.

But! Since he is a demon and since he was kind enough to demonstrate part of what it would entail in an entirely threatening manner, he's one of the lucky "I'll hate you forever, dislike you for always; as long as you're living, my spite-target you'll be" types. D'aww.

... And I just paraphrased Robert Munsch. Le sigh.

Ishida Ryuuken
Like father, like son, as far as she sees it, right down to the attitude and powers. Thankfully there are other doctors, because she'd rather bleed to death than accept his help.

Zaraki Kenpachi
Fllay's a little peeved that he refused to kill carnations because they couldn't fight back. After she calmed down a little, she's now quite concerned that he seemed almost eager to kill but also took note of how he mentioned demons. As such, he's on her list of potential good guys. Congrats.

Il Palazzo
He was decent up until the roping which was, admittedly, for a very brief period of time. He's been on a steady decline ever since; she finds him arrogant, power-hungry and, entirely because of his inclination towards dropping people down trap doors, childish.

Malcolm Reynolds
Another name on her hate list. Her concern has relaxed a little; other than that, there's nothing to say.

Jayne Cobb
Fllay doesn't really like Jayne. She thinks he's stubborn and too gruff for his own good. And he didn't take her advice. Woe.

Roy Mustang
She thinks he asks too many questions, makes too many assumptions. Oh, and then there's the whole ZOMGPOWER thing. They're not going to be friends.

Aziraphale
Dude? Giving bats to angry people? Not good. She's totally ignored the "orders are orders" part, btw.

Mwu La Fllaga
He's familiar, but that's the extent of it.

Umeda Hokuto
Stubborn dislike, because he hasn't really given her cause to dislike him.

Cecilie von Spitzberg
Fllay likes Cheri. :) She's very in touch with her femininity and has lead an interesting life. Fllay totally bought into her lies but worries, by default, about anybody who's come from a demon-filled world.

Gwendal von Walde
He initially disturbed Fllay, what with the charming cabin thing, but they bonded over doll fashion and, beyond all reason, that was enough to get her to trust him with her cabin info. In general, she finds him appropriately pleasant and respectful and has no flippin' idea he's a demon.

She acts a little younger around him out of comfort; his inclination towards life's cuter things despite his age and position afford her the opportunity to lighten up appreciate things she might not have otherwise.

Arsène Lupin III
Fllay used to like Lupin because he's a flatterer. But then he defended Raenef against her and switched from nice, friendly words to insults, which caused her opinion to drop like woah. She'll still speak to him, but she certainly won't go out of her way.

Genjo Sanzo
RAWR. Also, Raww.

After the initial 'ZOMG he's him but in a different body' shock wore off, she pretty much accepted that they're likely two different people. It probably would have gone away entirely if they didn't seem to share certain mannerisms but, since they do, Fllay's got more than a few warning bells going off in his regard.

Dark Helmet
Total asshole, and disgusting too! She thinks he has a lot of nerve insulting her in such a vulgar manner, especially since his outfit is so horribly out of style (which might be a good thing, considering she's from SEED).

Padmé Naberrie
She's nice, but she's got that authoritative quality that Fllay sometimes clashes with. Even though she did offer to help, Fllay doesn't really intend to take her up on it for that very reason.

C-3PO
Hehe, Fllay doesn't like the robot and that amuses me. It all boils down to her thinking he's talking down and lying to her and, if she doesn't take that kind of crap from people, she's certainly not going to take it from robots.

Urameshi Atsuko
It was a weird relationship from the start, because Atsuko is nothing like the people Fllay normally associates herself with. But since she did show a lot of concern for her, Fllay chose to overlook certain aspects of her personality and everything was fine. Until her son turned out to be a really mean demon and she realised how conflicting her life and Atsuko's life were.

So! She actually tried to work through it but was topped by the awkwardness of the situation. She still cares, mind; it's just in a different way.
