You know... I really suck when I'm not working. When I AM working I'm one of the most motivated, driven people I know. I have excellent focus and dedication and can produce an astounding amount of really good, thoughtful work.

I haven't worked for the last three weeks. (Other than an hour here and there.) All I have done is watch horrid daytime tv

The idea that you can be pregnant and losing weight boggles my mind. I guess the human body can distribute itself around quite well? It really kind of fascinates me and makes me want to go read about pregnancy or something O_O

I haven't been doing much work lately either but I don't have a good excuse like you. I slept until 2 p.m. today. Clearly you aren't much of a slacker in comparison to me haha.

Also congrats on the Dramione awards! You know I could probably fan-girl myself to death over your writing so I think you definitely deserve it. Now you just gotta WIN and I'll be pleased :)

Losing weight (a few pounds) in the first trimester is apparently not that uncommon. Mostly it's attributed to morning sickness, but for me... I have no idea. I gained a bunch of weight in a few weeks from a medication I was on, and as it messed with hormones, all I can think is that my body is finally regulating itself. Anyhow, I actually NEED to gain at least a little weight in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Good luck to me on that.

Well, I read fanfic until about 2. Does that count? I *was* in bed. :) And I have no good excuse. Pregnancy doesn't count unless I'm too effed up to move.

If I had those burps worthy of Booger in Revenge of the Nerds, it would be cathartic I bet. But no, I just have icky tummy and every 30 seconds silent burps. Itz gross. Meh.

I wish I could see the whole list of what got nommed. Speaking of stories though.. I saw your post about Insidious. I am disturbed that I was really REALLY enjoying your most disturbing story yet. lol. I don't at ALL disagree with you about taking it down. Especially when it's of a delicate nature like that. I read the last three (or five) chapters of BBD this morning. Yu-uuuuum! I've been so disconnected from fanfic that it was totally like coming home. I fucking adore your characters. You've got the perfect Ron there. Wowza! I wantz!

As for laziness, naw. I am really just being lazy. I am riddled with guilt. After the chickpea is born it'll be different. I'll take those first few months and be as lazy as two hours of sleep at a time can get me. (And maybe month 9 too). *g*

Oh he or she has stopped being a chickpea a long time ago. Now the baby is about the size of your fist. Maybe a tad larger. And growing like wildfire. Soon it will be like a mango. And did I mention it's "home" is the size of a cantaloupe?!!! I have a CANTALOUPE in my BELLY!

Isn't reading over stuff you read a while ago the best? Like you said, you can see it more like a reader, less like a writer and really enjoy it. And maybe feel less weird about that? Lol. I also love hearing other people read my poetry aloud. Always sounds five times better.
