I have a hard time read a story if songs are playing in the background. I'm too tempted to sing along or listen to the lyrics. Plus, my taste in music doesn't often match the Harry Potter world. Country music just doesn't fit. ;)

I would love to see someone do a playlist of instrumental pieces to accompany a fic. Classical music, movie scores, but no Kenny G. :P I don't think I've seen on of those before.

And I'm a little bit excited at the prospect of more CH anytime in the future. :D

Damn it, I just decided I was too brain dead to read and was up for chatting! Ah well.

I think my problem is that I'm generally too much of a snob to be able to enjoy most people's fic playlists if I encounter them, lol. Although I do like the stuff you listen to. :)

I also have a thing about being told what the mood/tone for a piece of writing is; that should come from the story. I wouldn't mind a playlist at the end. I'm not even a huge fan of story banners, although I don't mind art if it's illustrating specific scenes. Maybe I'm weird.
