It's rather ironic that was what made me smile.

I think I'll be up all night.

My hands are shaking uncontrollably and I'm struggling to breathe and I have tears rolling down my face but at the end of the day I have to blame myself.

last night Bob picked me up and we went to Tesco and I had to buy work trousers that were too big on me as I burnt a hole in mine on Saturday when i was drunk ironing. uh oh.

I bought a tub of Ben & Jerry's and Bob bought me Grazia and then we went a run to Lanark and sit by the loch reading our magazines and eating our ice cream.
