I hate the paparazzi. Following someone around when they're shopping or at the airport and then getting pissed off when they don't pose happily and sign stuff for you is absurd

People like that make me sad, tbh. I don't care if most of it is real or made up for some attention.. it's sorta like watching a reality show where it's all a big trainwreck. Or you know, Smallville after Doomsday ;)
I don't know why I read the back and forth today because it just infuriated me. I was trying to defend Tom and then saw him starting on Allison too and got all incensed.
So fans hang out at the airport in Vancouver? I guess I can understand why the popular actors on the show try to avoid being harassed when they travel. I wonder, though, why pictures of Cassidy and Justin being so gracious with the mobs of fans never surfaced.
Or maybe this "fan" who happened to see Cassidy, Justin and Erica at the Vancouver airport didn't see Tom and Allison because they didn't freakin' travel that day.
See, I even asked this 'fan' how he knew that Tom and Allison were hiding and I never got a reply so I guess he didn't actually see them ducking behind doors and creeping around walls.
Now I have an image in my head of TW and AM scaling the outside wall of the airport so they could be snobs and disappoint their fans. (Also, in my head, the Mission: Impossible theme is playing.) They can be the biggest a-holes in the world, if that's how they catch a flight I think they're awesome.
I just hate it that the paps get nasty about it. They were really offensive calling Tom a D list actor and implying that he should be grateful for being harassed *RAGES*
I disagree. I disagree so much that I did my sadface like this :-( instead of my usual one like this :(
He's had a job for ten years, he's good at it and the first show he's producing is getting a lot of good buzz. And he will have an amazing post Smallville career :p
Last point, my best friend knows who he is (and no I didn't tell her) and she is almost as clueless about American TV as I am about...manga.
I also think they are different personalities. They're outgoing and quite relaxed and don't mind the intrusion, which is just fine. I always thought that Allison was cool about it all too but it doesn't seem that way and I can't blame her.
Tom has always seemed freaked out by photogs and crowds, etc, which I completely understand.
I think I'll stick to what fans say and everyone who's met them has had nothing but good things to report.

There's another one who called Allison a hack and told Tom to suck his d**c!

I think they probably dress for the occasion too (all black of course) and have fancy bluetooth gadgets to help them escape from their poor fans.
