In a looong ago poll for art prompts, embroiderama suggested an AU where Sam and Dean were always female. And so, I present to you:

That is really really cool. They're so clearly them, and yet they're women. Totally awesome. :)

Thank you so much! It was fun trying to figure out how to translate male characteristics into female ones, though Dean was way easier to do than Sam - floppy hair and hugeness don't quite carry over as easily into feminine traits XD
