Are Harald, Malice, Nicolette, Elaine, Gideon, or any suchlike around?

In order:

-- eclecticmagpie is Harald (with one of the most appropriate user names ever).
-- Malice and Mustafa moved away *many* years ago. Last I heard they were down in Carillon, but I haven't seen them in a long time. (However, msmemory just did a quick web search, and turned up ralmond.net, which seems to be his personal homepage.)
-- Nic is currently malvinareynolds (she had a previous journal, but decided to switch).
-- Which Elaine? Eileen/Kerr moved out west many years ago, and I haven't seen her in quite some time. I don't think Denise/Courtenay has an LJ, but Anton can be found at antoniseb. (They've been married for a long time now, and have a couple of kids.)
-- Gideon dropped out of the SCA some time back, but is still around socially, and active in the LARP scene that overlaps heavily with Carolingia: he's hungrytiger. (And is happily married to Marsy, who is isisofcool; they've got a small and impeccably cute daughter.)

Carolingia is *very* LJ-based these days, so probably 3/4 of the people who are still around are on it...

It's Old Gutnish for "person from Gotland." At the time, I thought it was pretty obvious. I have since learned I was mistaken.
