I blame E.M. Forster? ♥ (But, well, he did write a gay love story in 1913 and that is pretty commendable so I guess I sort of forgive him for screwing with my head and being a large part of the reason this narrative was so fucked.)

Jesse is no stranger to the pleasures of a man's body, and his death hasn't changed that. But he's never wanted anyone the way he wants Brian. So he's refusing to leave this world until he makes love to him. And if he has to break all the laws of heaven and earth to do it, he will. Again and again and again….
That's the summary for the original novel, although I have changed the names.

I'm a big fan of the one where Jesse goes to stay at his family's summer vacation house, alone, but it turns out John, the sexy carpenter, is there.

Brian leant in and kissed Jesse’s neck-which we are now, for purposes of easy narration, going to pretend really is his, even if it originally belonged to John and all that sticky, complex, head-fuck-y stuff.
