I sooo agree with you, lillaone... *nods Life experience should be at the core of everthing, and having been involved in some form of customer service throughout my work life, I have always found that there is no better resume, than that of a mother. When I was involved in hiring customer service reps, I always tended to gravitate to older women who had spent the majority of their lives, in most aspects, "serving" their families (not the best way to put motherhood, but pretty much to the point) I always found these women to be extremely effective at dealing with customer concerns, and very rarely did I question my decision to hire them. As mothers, we are truly the "unseen" workforce that keeps the world running, and as such, our accomplishments speak for themselves... it's just a pity that most employers don't see the same...

But, the best thing about us... we won't be held down indefinitely...
