Well class started Tues evening. Earlier in the day I bought my parking pass and spent $60 on my damn USED book that I'll probably get $5 back on it *grumblesonsofbitches*. And because of the time of evening, can park in faculty parking which means right next to the door, so I don't have to walk as far. But tonight will suck because of Shakespeare

Give yourself about a half inch extra all around for the seams, and this also gives you a guideline. I wouldn't double the material; instead you can maybe use a bit of linen or broadcloth underneath, or some regular cotton? Then you cut out both pieces, and essentially stitch them together as you're piecing it together.

Well it is 100% regular cotton. It's very thin to begin with, and I bought nearly double the material, just in case. Hmmm, what to do.

I'd make it regular without doubling it; if nothing else, she can always wear a t-shirt or a small slip or something under it.
