Let's talk headaches! Got one yesterday at like 3pm and it lasted all day till this morning when I "cleansed". Oh yes. Not a horrible one but a dull headache none the less. And I don't get headaches often so I obviously drink too much caffeine. Everything else is good though. Other than my family tempting me with Chachos and all other food

Sounds pretty decent...I figure ima start next week. My mom told me she would do it with me too, that way I wont have to worry about the family being bitches :)

My sister is going to have to live off of rice and pizza for a few days though hah.
