My thoughts exactly... Epic fail is the most suiting title ever! I skipped all the Boreteen parts, so quite a lot of the episode, it was just too boring *yawns* I really had high hopes for this season, but now... I guess it won't be too hard to quit watching once Jennifer's actually gone. So sad :-(

Haha, if you skipped all the Boreteen parts, you had what? 7 minutes of House acting out of character and 2 minutes of cute House/Wilson scenes. Plus Cameron's appearance ;) God, I am so frustrated! Mainly because I had expectations, too.

I...um...didn't even bother watching in the first place. I am just so upset with Jennifer leaving that I can't bring myself to watch. I never watched the season 5 finale...deleted the premiere off my DVR in a fit of rage and didn't even bother recording this one at all. I watched Heroes instead. It made me happier :)

I think I am done with House now. There's just no use in watching a show that leaves you frustrated. At least we still have the community and fan fiction!

First, could you put your post under a cut? It's kinda long and there may be people who recorded the ep but haven't watched yet.

I didn't watch, didn't record, and based on what I'm reading (especially your post), see that I did the right thing.

It bugs the hell out of me how often I'm using this icon now. Sighhhh.

No, the old House is gone. I knew that the two-hour ep was just a one-off and they were going to then return to the soupy mess they've created. So I watched that and then stopped.

Very sad now. :(

When I first started to watch House, I thought it was the most brilliant show ever. It was doing so well- back then, I couldn't think of a way to screw everything up. Your icon is sad, but so right. They have been killing it for a while now. Slowly, since the end of season 3.

You should watch the ep- just to see how badly one can screw something up. After Jen leaves, I will be done with the show for good. I am just too curious...I need to see how they do it.

LOL I'm fine. In a way, I look forward to Monday night when House airs, because people have been posting some awesome fics that night that keep us focused on the *good* ship.
