Maybe he's not trying to hide, but is hoping that if they POSE DRAMATICALLY the enemy will be too overtaken by their wondrous majesty to hurt them?

...Or they could be full of fail. More likely option.

ROFL I can just imagine him suddenly striking a FABULOUS pose (and saying "BAM" as he does so) and watching calmly as the enemy freezes and falls over stiffly. Tosh would be tres impressed by his DEADLY FIERCENESS.
