Last I checked, a vampire named Spike knows at least about me and Spoiler, Hayley Stark knows about most of us, Martha Jones - she's in charge of the infirmary - knows, Trip Tucker at least seriously suspects most of it, Tim's inmate Sylar knows about all of us, I told mine about me and Spoiler told hers. Wally isn't using a secret ID, so everyone knows about him. Considering there's a vampire, a time traveler, two guys with superpowers, a Starfleet officer and a couple totally normal people in that list, I think it's pretty safe to say they're not all from the same reality.

Wouldn't shock me. I'm pretty sure more often than not, most people you'll run into aren't from the same universe as anyone else you run into.
