Friends help please.

I need you to comment on my career life and give me some advice.

I went to talk to the executive director at ateneo cord and told her my apprehensions and concerns with getting the job. I was ready to tell her that I'll get the course director role and back out from the other two positions that they were offering me. That way, I ( Read more... )

personally, they're pretty equal na.

but you did say money was a big issue, and work environment and work friendships are very important

ateneo has you teaching too, which for some reason, feels like a con for me, for you. i don't know why

Uhmm... I'm not teaching @ admu! I'm doing something else :P
But teaching would be nice though... they only accept people with graduate degrees already. I'm halfway done =)

before you can decide, you have to ascertain what exactly IBM means. if they don't give you your old job, and most of the pros you listed will be kaput, then the AdMU job is clearly the winner.

BUT! if IBM knows that you're being courted by AdMU, then they might do the same thing that AdMU did and up the ante.

therefore, my advice is to find out what IBM's final offer is.

Yeah. Seems the most logical move. I just feel pressured to decide cuz if I take my sweet time, I might end up with nothing :| However, yeah... I'm going with your suggestion =)
