Huh? I think you're still not getting it.

Jack says 'Did you miss me' as his first lines (after kicking some alien ass) in the new Torchwood season. Ten said the same thing when he woke up in The Christmas Invasion, then proceeded to kick alien ass.

It's a parallel, you see.
