The blonde in the Union Jack? That's Tim Brooke-Taylor, from The Goodies. And he's often in a dress.

He is adorable :D

I saw the Goodies earlier this year - well, Tim & Graeme, with bonus video footage of Bill. Great fun. They hung around afterwards for quite a while signing stuff and chatting with fans. Really lovely people.

And of course, Graeme and Bill have both been in Doctor Who audios. I wonder when Tim will be in one?

Consider me extremely jealous! They do seem like they'd be great fun.

I actually only got into The Goodies this year, since my flatmate had lots of episodes and when we moved in we had pretty much nothing else to watch. I love them though. It makes me wish I'd been alive in the '70s just so I could have seen things like The Goodies and Monty Python the first time round!

And I had no idea those two were in Who audios! I should track them down!
