I would hazard a guess at "The Underwater Menace", but beyond that I have no idea.

some things never change. only now it's fezzes and stetsons, tho they aren't really as rediculous as whatever the heck THAT is.

In the early Second Doctor era hats were kind of a thing. Like, where Tom Baker would offer jelly-babies, Troughton would say "Oh, I should very much like a hat like that!" This kind of wore off after a while, but Underwater Menace is only his third episode.

And, of course, it is probably no coincidence that he's Matt Smith's favorite Doctor :P
