This past weekend, there was a little one-day sci-fi/comic book convention in Asheville, NC called Fanaticon ("little" being a relative term, since we had at least 4,600 people show up).

You should definitely try to come next year....I'm hoping that it'll eventually become a 2 or 3-day convention, similar to Bele Chere.

That was great! I don't think I've ever heard the DW theme on an accordion before, but it's fun. What a cute Dalek. :)

I'm not sure, but I think she was supposed to be a Gothic Lolita version of a Dalek, which is possibly the most adorable idea for a costume ever. ^_^
