Seriously, that's totally what those things look like...
Except, they're a bit too big (namely, tall) for the Sontaran actors, who were all around 5' tall.

Heh, this is extra hilarious to me, because at some point while this episode was playing on BBCA, there was an add for Bladerunner.

Also, it's kind of sad, considering everything that happened to the replicants in the book/movie. :C

For me, those looked like the water-zombies; thankfully they were NOWHERE near as creepy, but that's only because Steve Moffat wasn't writing this episode.
