It was a Children in Need special that crossed over with some other TV show, and had the Rani doing...something...with time as an excuse for a lot of Doctors to meet up with a lot of companions in odd combinations. It's called Dimensions in Time, and I'm pretty sure it's still on YouTube.

Wasn't it a crossover with Eastenders? I watched this a couple of years ago and it's so ridiculous. And it is, indeed, on YouTube.

Haven't seen it either, but I've read some very detailed synopses. It sounds interesting. Sounds like if you accept that you'll have no idea what's going on, it might be enjoyable.

It was all a bad dream that 7 had. That's how I explain Dimensions in Time.
