What struck me about this episode is that Alpha Centauri succeeds in being what Jar Jar Binks was intended to be. Although I'm not sure if that's a good thing.
I'm quite convinced we're never going to see the Ice Warriors again, though. Three words: Green. Darth. Vader.
I would love it if he brought back the Draconians though (speaking of 70s monsters in green rubber suits) - but the fact that they were listed as generic baddies among the forces seizing the Pandorica doesn't leave me super hopeful.
Also, your icon fills me with glee (particularly the bit about grey daleks). The sad thing is I can name each of those episodes off the top of my head...
Yeah, I agree. I think the Ice Warriors would look too dated to appear again these days. I agree about the Draconians too. I hope we see them back. Their design still holds up.
