The Eleventh Hour, Waters of Mars

Them showing the Ood in that "monsters who've attacked Earth that the Doctor has trounced" was especially egregious. Not only have we not seen them on Earth, but they're not really bad guys. There was one story where they were... working for Satan, or somesuch, but the other stories with them portrayed them as good guys. Even in "Planet of the Ood" they were just fighting back against being enslaved.

I think that was the only part of the entire episode that bugged me.
I liked the fact that they showed Classic Who aliens though.

But Ood? And Hath? VASHTA NERADA? All on different planets and in the future.
And yeah, the Ood were good guys, only posessed when bad so it wasn't them.
