Hee! The last panel is definitely what makes this.

There were a number of uses of the Kanye meme back when it first started, but it just hasn't been used in while. Sadly, the meme never got its own tag. Here's one about Doomsday (self-pimp there) and another Kanye appearance. Finally, it wouldn't be ihasatardis if Kanye didn't encounter emo!John Smith.
