i was watching party animals and laughed out loud to see a red bus drive past with a torchwood banner splashed across it. didn't know about this torchwood bit though, i can def see it.

Actually, if you watch Doctor Who Confidential for The Next Doctor you can see them dressing the Torchwood set and transforming it into the engine/generator room where the children were being used for labour. All I remember now was that Jack's office got turned into a tunnel coming into the space that was supposed to be an entrance/exit. Many of the moving wheels seemed to have been digitally added.
