This is really good. Takeshi really does screw up his relationships a lot and he is pretty young so having this angst over his love life is really believable. Not that adults can't angst either, but ANYWAY. Nice work! I want more IGPX drabbles from you.

Everyone can angst, but teenagers tend to make things much more dramatic. Something that Takeshi demonstrated to us very nicely in Season 2. He can't seem to stop himself from doing something idiotic. But like you said, he is young so he's excused. :D
