Hmm. What is your other job?
I get that stressed sometimes, and it sucks. You need to take some time for yourself if at all possible.
"ultra-JW" mode? Is she trying to get you to come back or what?

I'm a corporate cashier for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland. I've been doing it for about a month.

By ultra-JW mode, I mean that she's asking me all kinds of questions about my spirituality, and I haven't got the heart to tell her what it was that finally drove me to leave the WTS. The UN scandal was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I can't bring myself to tell her. And, since we carpool to work (she works in another department of the same company, most of my family has worked there at one time), she's got tapes of the Watchtower and Awake that she listens to in the car, and throws a fit when I want to listen to the radio instead.

The Hunt Valley boy's mother can't afford lessons right now, so I haven't been there in a while. But, the one student that I have is driving me insane. He's requesting books that I tell him he doesn't need, but he wants them. I've been driving from music store to music store looking for this book that's impossible to find. I've started looking online, but I'm not using my credit card for this. I'm waiting for the debit card from my bank to get here. My other student treats his guitar the way Bing Crobsy treated his children, so I got called over to do repairs on Sunday just before I was heading out to Tony's. All of this is stuff that I can't charge for because it isn't "instruction".

They reimburse me for the book. I know I shouldn't do it if I'm not being paid, but my philosophy is to keep them happy and interested in it so that they continue with their lessons. You know how kids are. If I make it difficult for them, they'll lose interest and I lose that revenue.
