to me, the fact that he asked the a media show to announce her death for him is so textbook. He was not in the moment. He was putting on a show and imaging an audience for his work. He must have been preoccupied with his image.
That narcissism also explains why he overlooked what something like this would do to his sons.
He is a big shot.
