Time to move again?

When I found out, back in September, that I'd failed my resits and would have to spend an extra year at UWE to get my degree I had mixed feelings. On the one hand, I was annoyed that I'd be stuck in the same part of my life longer than I'd originally wanted but on the other I was glad because it meant I'd be able to spend a little more time in my ( Read more... )

perhaps the best idea for now is focus on uni work and look for a house. If your current house is ok and rent is ok the put an advert out for 3 other peeps and specify what type of person you are lookin for. Everything else will fall in place once you have a house sorted.

Not necessarily. I'm paying all my own rent next year, so I can't sign a house contract until I know I can afford to pay the rent. Besides, this place is on the brink of falling down so there probably isn't much point in staying.

well if it gets too much you could always defer for a year, earn lots of money, have a break and then do your last year. But that is a last resort, I'm sure you will get this sorted out. If you work flat out over the summer and maybe your parents could help a bit??

Well, possibly, but I'm attempting to be self sufficient next year, so I don't really want to have to ask them. I'll get through, I just need to have a think about the best option.
