I know this is an old post by now, and you've probably long since moved on from Gun X Sword, but I just wanted to say how much I loved this last group of sentences. I keep coming back to reread them, because you do a really good job of describing events, emotions, or words that would be entirely in character for Van and Wendy. Like a lot of fans, I wished the series had given us a *little* more closure to the romance plot, but your last 50 sentences do a very good job of suggesting what might have come next.
