Watch this space. I feel like I should make a proper "Iron Man 3 was amazing and I saw it 3 times in one week let me tell you my feelings" post, but I think what's worth being said has... been said. Come talk to me about that thing at the end though, you know the one. *_*

I feel you on the Star Trek thing. Like... I'm excited insomuch as I get to see my beloved crew again? But other factors make me sad. :(

And you should TOTALLY update us on your life. I feel like I can never keep up with people on tumblr, so I'm looking forward to being able to catch up with people on LJ.

Basically, that, yes! Like... Honestly it's That Big Spoiler going 'round Tumblr that makes me not want to see it. Which is my own thing (and my own dislike with said actor) so it's tainting my enjoyment. I think I will enjoy it but then feel terrible for enjoying it. I DON'T KNOW. ARGH. It's frustrating.

:P Heh. I knowww maybe later this week. I feel guilty since I'm away from LJ for the past couple (well, more than couple) ages, so every time it's kind of periodic info dump! But it would explain the state of my mind at least!

I know what you mean re: catching up with people on Tumblr though. I think out of most of the people I follow, the only ones I really am mindful of are people I've actually seen and hung out with but the rest is just pretty pictures and cat videos. ;)

awww! Tumblr spoiled it for me like 2 weeks beforehand (thanks, Tumblr. -_-) but it was still GLORIOUS. Oh boys. It was hilarious. (Also, fuck anyone who says it wasn't enough, Bruce won't be in a movie until Avengers 2. Bastards.)

Kips Bay. AMC had a special sneak preview screening thing (they did the same with Dark Knight Rises) at 8 tonight so I ordered like 2 months ago. I almost forgot about it. It's on ze fake IMAX screen. o_O ...probably good I ordered in advance because I wouldn't want to go otherwise, aaahhhhh.

ahahaha, after the scene I realized that I had also been spoiled by fan art on tumblr, but hadn't even realized it.

Add another person to the Star Trek 'meh' list. Partly because I got spoiled, but also because I just can't seem to drum up the motivation. Eh, I'll probably see it this week at some point though, for the pretty if nothing else.

Also, on a serious note, part of me wants to make a big "this is an update on my life!" if you don't follow me on Tumblr or Twitter, but honestly I hate making those (because I feel like I'm bothering people) so... probably not. That is not an invite to say it's not bothering; I just get weird phases of not wanting to post private stuff, and here's a phase! Whoo.
I get that, and the longer you go between LJ posts the harder it seems to get too (or at least I find). If you do decide to post though, I'll be happy to read. I haven't quite got into the habit of tumblr yet (I'm about 3 years behind the rest of the internet at the moment! ;))

<3333! That's how I feel re: between posts. I keep letting time pass and then it's like this huuuge backlog that I don't want to infodump so I stick with Tumblr's methods of posting dumb and pretty crap instead. But I will, soon. :) (never get into the habit of tumblr, it is an addictiooon, ugh.)

I find it's easier to get back into with arty or fandom posts and work from there, get back into the swing slowly. It's hard to find motivation sometimes with LJ being so dead, but I figure everyone else is having the same problem! :)

I have no one to squee about Iron Man with! BUT I LOVED IT. I'm confused about the arc reactor-thing though. Does that happen in the comics too??

YAAAY I'm glad! The arc reactor thing isn't a permanent fixture in the comic? At least I don't think so; unfortunately my knowledge of Tony in the comic is limited (besides all the Avengers team-ups). But I've seen him with it and without so maybe it's now without mode.

I can't wait until Avengers 2!! I want info nowwww!!
