This was the best episode of the season for me. I cried during parts of it especially when Sam was talking to John. <3

MARY. I could watch a whole show about Mary. I love her so much. I LOVE seeing more of her as a hunter.

Oh damn, I was just having a conversation earlier with a relative about how if Supernatural ever has a spin-off, it needs to be a prequel starring Mary Winchester starting in her teenage years. IT WOULD BE EPIC. \o/

Yes! That would be AWESOME. Man, that would be the perfect sort of spin-off -- any other idea pales in comparison to Mary kicking ass. :D

But JDM is so purdy! ;) Not to mention much, MUCH taller than Matt Cohen, though I do like the guy a lot...

I notice he altered his voice this episode to sound more and more like older John. A part of me does think their looks wouldn't have changed all that much in 4 years and so they should have cast JDM and SS for this episode.

Also? SERIOUSLY missed a John/Dean/Sam "We are your sons" revelation scene...
